Head of Finance (15-20M)

Company 

Our client is a listed company with over 10,000 employees across 12 cities in Australia, Asia, America and Europe. Integrated businesses covering real estate, construction, infrastructure, asset and investment management company. Business is doing very good in Japan office, continuous funding and projects are going on. Very exciting phase to join!

Position 

Currently hiring a Head of Finance to lead the Japan Finance team. It is a successor headcount that the current head is assigning back to regional office and looking for high caliber candidate to take over his position in Japan, will have very proper handover period. 

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all financial management of Japan business
• Responsible for mid-term operational planning to determine KPIs
• Ensure accounting, financial and operating reports are accurate and reliable for control and management purpose
• Provide technical direction and professional finance option in analysis of information for executive management discussion
• Support due diligence and closing process for transaction
• Manage project finance,
• Review finance report submitted to investment committee for projects
• Collaborate with Treasury team
• Drive operation or accounting process improve and lead transformation
• Manage and build a capable team by assessing performance, coaching, developing members skillsets needed

Requirements

• Over 10 years finance and accounting experience in multinational corporate with people management skills
• Preferable experience in real estate sector but not a must
• MBA/CPA qualification will be a big plus
• Good stakeholder management skill, experienced working with regional office
• Demonstrate great leadership and ability to drive changes
