Facility Manager in a Food company

雇用形態：派遣社員（６ヶ月、長期になる可能性ある）

就業開始：2022年12月1月～

出社/在宅：出社勤務

時給：2500/H~3000/H+交通費

残業：発生、月20時間ぐらい、状況次第。

休暇：土日祝日

就業時間：09:00 - 18:00 (break time: 60 mins)、月～金

業務内容：

1. The office will start moving to Musashi Kosugi in January 2023, and as the facility manager, you need to ensure that the move processes are carried out as planned.
2. Report directly to the manager at the group headquarter. In English.
3. Proposal for operating plan of office after moving.
4. Budget management.

1. 4-8 years facilities management experience.
2. Effective communication in verbal and written English.
3. Analytical skills with the ability to create reports on a regular basis.
4. Strong leadership and people management skills (internal stakeholders and vendors/partners)
5. Be a service- oriented, hands-on leader with a strong vision on the future of facilities management services.
