JOB DUTIES
IR:
- Report to CFO/CSO
- Maintain investors – usually by director in HK
- Fund raising, roadshow – support shareholders and CEO of HK
- Should know the timetable for announcement and the regulation for shareholder meeting. Also for the transaction of shares, should advice the close period, back up time, shareholders window, etc.
- Know overall investment climate and financial market (ECM/DCM)
- Proficient in presentation skills
PR:
- Press release/PR activities – announcement: most of it are monthly
- Financial highlights (CFO)
- Business movement: shareholders and CEO
- Guide to post end of quarterly report
- Inside: write essay, can know how to catch the point.
- Line up with analyst, investor, researcher.
Compliance/RM
- Report to CEO/Board in Japan; should be mature and solve the problem
