About the role
We are seeking for a Finance Manager for our Finance team based in Tokyo, Japan
Task of the role
- Prepare IFRS based financial reporting documents required by the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and Japanese Companies Act.
- Prepare financial and non-financial documents requested by Japanese financial regulators and investment banks
- Deal with audit and quarterly review requirement from CPA firm.
- Ad-hoc tasks to support business operations
- Regular communication with Accounting Auditor, other external professionals, and Banks.
- Investor Relations and Shareholder Relations.

About you
[Essential]
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in either accounting firm, financial role in TSE listed companies, commercial or investment banks
- Holding 2nd grade certificate or more in the Official Business Skills Test in Bookkeeping ("Nissho Boki")/CPA/USCPA is a plus
- Business level English writing and speaking
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
