開発・設計渉外エンジニア 【顧客は日系四輪・二輪メーカー】

Job Theme:
Project Management & Customer Handling with respect to current/future products for automotive JOEM

(日本の顧客とインドの開発チームの間に入って、製品開発のかじ取りをする業務です）

Job Description:

• Technical support and technical document preparation for customers
• Co-working and collaboration with overseas engineering team, information exchanging and sharing, supporting and monitoring
• Development schedule administration with our R&D team
• Technical presentation and preparetion to customers, supporting job to quote process
• Benchmarking on domestic competitor's products and searching future technical trends on products
• Coordination for quality issues with customers and our QA/engineering team
• Tachnical communications between headquarter and multiple engineering locations
• (技術動向の研究、製品開発、品質関連における設計・品証渉外業務をイメージしていただけたらと思います）

Conditions:

• Full time employment, social insurance, commuting allowance
• Work in Tokyo, tele-work may be required under the COVID-19 environment
• Traveling domestic/international (India/ASEAN) required

（日本オフィスマネージャーが形式上の上司となりますが、業務指示はインド上長あるいは開発部門から入る場合があります）

Skill Set Requirement

• More than 8 to 12 years on mechanical/mechatronics or electronics engineering related to vehicle component &systems
• Native Japanese communication skills to presuade Japanese customers
• Business English reading/writing and negotiation in English
• Motorcycle engineering experience

Qualification requirements:

• Bachelor degree equivalent or upper in engineering 
• Automotive experience required
