- Manage all accounting operations in compliance with accounting methods, policies and principles, and in accordance with required deadlines
- Preparation of financial reports and the related periodical reports to the headquarters
- Manage tax provision, balance and compliance process within required deadlines
- Control and analysis of the variances between budget / estimation and result
- Monitor compliance with the internal approval system, particularly related to expenses and overtime, in accordance with the company standards and policies
- Manage legal affairs including compliance with laws and regulations, business contracts, insurance claims, corporate governance and HR related matters
- Manage all HR related processes including payroll, recruitment, organizational issues, staffs’ education and career planning, conflict management
- Manage outsourcing contractors (attorney, payroll, HR consulting, tax advisor, IT, office suppliers)

- Previous experience with SAP a plus.
