Business Analyst || Eng. Jap. || Manufacturing Company

Responsibilities:

 Roll out, support and improve “Sales and Marketing” applications such as CRM, Web and Virtual Events as a local IT representative in the global IT organization.

 Gather local business requirements, and drive the alignment process with respective stakeholders for IT solution proposal in line with global IT strategy, business processes and corporate rules.

 Drive local digitalization initiative in line with global digitalization initiatives.

 Provide Level 2 functional support to local business users on Sales applications in collaboration with vendor operation team

 Work with global team and act as application owner for certain applications (be a substitute responsible person of selected global applications and take ownership when ready)

 Contribute to Global Project rollout to local in GAP analysis, testing, post go-live support, user communication and escalation management.

 Business Japanese skill (Email/Conversation)

 Business English skill (Email/Reading Manual/Conversation/Phone conversation/Teleconference)

  Business Process knowledge 

 working with SAP CRM or MS Dynamics expierence

 PC Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

 Good team spirit

 Logical thinking skill based on fact
