METAVERSE Developer/メタバースエンジニア（Unity C# エンジニア)

■事業部方針
顧客のDXを支援する事業部
・顧客のDX戦略立案~必要なテクノロジー要素、自社独自のテクノロジーとサービスの導入を一気通貫で実施

■募集背景
顧客のDXを推進するために以下のテクノロジーや新規サービス開発（アジャイル開発）が必要なため
・AI/データ活用　・クラウド環境構築　・フロント/バックエンド開発　・ネイティブアプリ開発
技術は多くの領域にまたがっており、これらを組み合わせてソリューションの提供を行っています。この中で新たにメタバースチームを立ち上げました。現状4人のメンバーがいます。今後はメンバー全体のスキルアップを図りながら、案件またはオリジナルサービスの開発等に従事してもらう想定です。

■業務内容
・Unityを活用したシステム、アプリ開発
・Android、iOS向けネイティブアプリ開発
・MetaQuest2、VIVE、Hololens2向けXRアプリ開発
・営業同行、顧客要望のヒアリング、要求仕様確認
・提案書作成

■導入事例：
メタバース領域は今後の拡大を想定していますが、現時点でも既に複数のお客様から相談を受けております。
・DigitalTwin案件
リアルとバーチャルを融合した新たなサービスの構築。既にサービスは開始されており、この開発プロジェクトの開発側PM、メンバーとして参画。今後もサービス内容拡張予定。
・DigitalClone案件
仮想空間内に「自分」を表現するための仕組み作り。容易にアバターを作成できるシステムの開発。
・XRを利用した研修システム（検討中）
リアルでは体験が難しい内容をバーチャルの世界で体験しながら研修を行うシステムの企画、開発。

■チームについて：
同エリアに責任者含め、エンジニアが約30名います。AIエンジニア、データサイエンティスト、クラウドエンジニアなど技術は多くの領域にまたがっており、これらを組み合わせてソリューションの提供を行っています。この中で新たにメタバースチームを立ち上げました。現状4人のメンバーがいます。今後はメンバー全体のスキルアップを図りながら、案件またはオリジナルサービスの開発等に従事してもらう想定です。

■プロジェクトの進め方について：
持ち帰りでの開発を想定しています。現在はテレワークが主体となっています。

■Division Policy
Business unit to support customers' DX
Market strategy: Smart city Industry strategy: Transportation companies, construction/real estate, municipalities, etc.
We will implement the client's DX strategy planning, necessary technology elements, and implementation of our own technology and services.

■Background of Recruitment
To promote DX for clients, the following technologies and new service development (agile development) are required.
AI/data utilization ・Cloud environment construction ・Front/Back-end development ・Native app development

■Description of work: 
・System and application development using Unity
・Native app development for Android and iOS
・Development of XR apps for MetaQuest2, VIVE, and Hololens2
・Accompanying sales staff, hearing customer requests, confirming required specifications
・Proposal preparation

■Case Studies
Although we expect the metaverse area to expand in the future, we are already consulting with several customers at this point.
・DigitalTwin Project
Construction of a new service that fuses the real and virtual worlds. The service has already been launched, and we are participating in this development project as a PM and member of the development side. The service will be expanded in the future.
・DigitalClone project
Creation of a system to express "self" in a virtual space. Development of a system that allows users to easily create avatars.
Training system using XR (under consideration)
Planning and development of a system to provide training in the virtual world, which is difficult to experience in the real world.

■How to proceed with the project
It is intended for a take-home development. Currently, telework is the main focus.

■About the team.
There are about 30 engineers in the area, including those responsible, and the technology spans many areas, including AI engineers, data scientists, and cloud engineers, which are combined to provide solutions. Within this team, we have newly established the Metaverse team. We currently have four members. In the future, we expect the team members to work on projects or development of original services while improving their overall skills.

■必須条件
・Unityを使い、何らかのシステム開発に携わった経験をお持ちの方（ゲーム等含む）
・設計～テストまでの開発プロセスの経験あるいは知見をお持ちの方
・ビジネスレベルの日本語力（JLPT N2相当）

・Android、iOSネイティブアプリ開発経験

■Required skills: 
・Experience in some kind of system development using Unity (including games, etc.)
・Experience or knowledge of development process from design to testing
・Business level Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent)

・Product and service planning experience
・Experience in various development and operation processes from planning to operation
・Business system development experience
・Android and iOS native app development experience
・Agile development experience
・Experience as a project leader or project manager
