■募集背景
顧客のDXを推進するために以下のテクノロジーや新規サービス開発（アジャイル開発）が必要なため
・AI/データ活用　・クラウド環境構築　・フロント/バックエンド開発　・ネイティブアプリ開発

■業務内容：
●AI搭載デバイス開発等における画像認識プログラムの開発
・画像処理／認識プログラムを各種プロセッサ向けに高速化
・画像認識アルゴリズム開発・機械学習アルゴリズム開発（主にDeep Learning）
・高速化（マルチコア・SIMD等）
・開発支援ツール開発（JavaScript等を使用し開発）

■プロジェクト例：
・AI推論機能の組込みGPUの実装
　物体検出AIであるSSDについて、委託者側から提供するネットワーク仕様に基づく
　組込みGPU向けの実装・動作確認・性能評価の実施

■Description of work: 
・Development of image recognition programs for AI-equipped device development, etc.
・Development of image processing/recognition programs for various processors
・Development of image recognition algorithms and machine learning algorithms (mainly Deep Learning)
・Development of image recognition algorithms and machine learning algorithms (mainly for Deep Learning) ・High-speed processing (multi-core, SIMD, etc.)
・Development of development support tools (development using JavaScript, etc.)

■Project examples
・Implementation of embedded GPU for AI inference function
　Implementation, operation verification, and performance evaluation of SSD, an object detection AI, for embedded GPUs based on the network specifications provided by the consignor
　Implementation, operation check, and performance evaluation for embedded GPU

■Main development environment:
[OS] Windows, Linux, RealTimeOS, etc.
[Languages] C, C++, Java, Python
[Communication tools] GitHub, Git, Redmine, etc.

・ You will be involved in projects with using advanced technologies in the IoT area and acquire cutting-edge skills.

■必須条件：
・C/C++言語での開発経験
・Pythonでの開発経験（独習レベルも可）　
  ※他言語経験ある方は研修でサポートいたします
・機械学習、ディープラーニング、画像処理・画像認識の知識/開発経験（学生時の研究経験含む)
・Linuxの基礎知識
・ビジネスレベルの日本語力（JLPT N2相当）

■尚可スキル
・Chainer/TensorFlow 等のDeep Learningフレームワーク使用経験
・画像処理・画像認識の開発経験（OpenCV等）
・ADAS等の開発経験
・SIMD命令（ベクトル演算命令）による高速化スキル
・GPU（CUDA）プログラミングスキル

■Required skills:
・Experience in C/C++ language development 
・Experience in Python development (self-study level is also acceptable)
・Knowledge/development experience in image processing and image recognition
 (including research experience as a student)
・Basic knowledge of Linux
・Understanding of machine learning and deep learning
・Business level Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent)

■Preferred Skills:
・ Experience using Deep Learning frameworks such as Chainer / TensorFlow
・ Development experience of image processing and image recognition (OpenCV, etc.)
・ Development experience of ADAS etc.
・ High-speed skill by SIMD instruction (vector calculation instruction)
・ GPU (CUDA) programming skills
