National ISC Value Engineer
  You will be part of our regional International Supply Chain team, enabling our customers to optimize their supply chains through our order management + sea transportation management solutions.

You will have two main objectives:
First objective is to drive retention + profitability through evolving existing International Supply Chain (ISC) customers using the SAVE methodology.

• To perform opportunity assessments to identify + prioritize value creation along with the cross selling potential of existing accounts.
• To conduct discovery workshops + formulate problem statements as well as performance baselines.
• To identify + sequence all supply chain value component improvement initiatives into customer specific Supply Chain Value roadmaps that create mutual value.
• To design + document tailored solutions, value propositions along with commercial proposals to quantifiably improve critical supply chain value components.
• To participate in business reviews to present + prioritize improvement initiatives in collaboration with the customer
• To support the account + program managers in the commercial negotiations as required to close the business or gain commitment.
• To ensure a smooth handovers + track benefit realization.
• To support projects + improvement initiatives.

Your Second objective is to successfully transition new or re-engineered, high-profile opportunities into scalable + profitable business using the global customer implementation methodology (GCIM).

• To conduct kick-off meetings + capture the agreed scope of work in the Project Charter.
• To lead the project team to ensure timely completion of the project deliverables + provide weekly progress reports.
• To document + validate critical financial requirements + information.
• To validate the as-is vs. to-be solution design + obtain solution design sign-off.
• To supervise the technical + operational implementation + obtain sign-off.
• To ensure the creation, validation, sign-off + distribution of all documentation required to execute the business.
• To develop training materials + ensure training is delivered + vendor onboarding sign-off is obtained.
• To provide operational + technical production supervision during hyper care documenting/sharing lessons learned.

Engage with internal + external stakeholders to conceptualize, create + present value propositions to support negotiations to close new business.

You hand over detailed solution specifications to our operations + implementation teams to successfully implement solutions, evolving mutually beneficial business scopes to enable sustainable, profitable growth.

Next, you review the process of ongoing value project implementations to ensure your solutions are being implemented as designed + the value proposition is fully realized.
