Skills, Knowledge, and Experience in ONE or MORE of the following:

◆ Multiple years of OEM sales experience in automotive parts/car manufacturing

◆ Engineering degree and people management experience preferred

◆ Strong understanding of automotive development and manufacturing processes

◆ Knowledge of IATF16949, ISO14001, PPAP, FMEA, APQP

◆ Business-level Japanese (N3+) and English communication skills

Experience in ONE or MORE of the following areas is desirable:

◆ Experience with seat development or interior components

◆ Knowledge of patents and regulations related to automotive

◆ Familiarity with global automotive supply chain management
