<p>HR Controller supports HR functions and activities mainly from a financial point of view towards the achievement of HR strategic goals. Concretely, this position is in charge of budgeting / forecasting / analysis on actual result for personnel expenses, and coordinating HR events such as bonus confirmation or annual salary review processes through the global collaboration with HR team members (especially with HR leadership team and HR-IS group). The HR leadership team or global HR head (CEO currently responsible for this role as acting) expect accurate feedback or proposals for HR Controller certainly plays an important role as a member of global HR team.<br /> - budgeting, simulations, monthly forecasting, analysis on actual vs budget & PY<br /> - regular tracking of FTE (especially new hiring and open positions)<br /> - periodically accruals / provisions (bonus, merit increase, special bonus)<br /> - confirmation of final amount for bonus, merit increase and special bonus through the<br /> - collaboration with HR members<br /> ・ HR general expenses by each region / country<br /> - budgeting, monthly forecasting, analysis actual vs budget & PY<br /> ・ Coordination of periodical promotion process<br /> ・ HR KPI update (regular dashboard updates on HR system) + ad hoc reports)<br /> ・ Necessary action plan proposals to HR leadership team<br /> ・ Collaboration with HRIS team<br /> (continuous improvement of usability or data quality, etc.)<br /> ・ Regular alignment with Finance group (especially FP & A team)<br /> ・ Participation in new bonus plan planning project<br /> (incl. Cost simulations or proposal for operational flow)<br /> ・ Other related issues</p>

スキル・資格

<p>- Actual job experiences for more than 5 years in management accounting area<br /> (Financial Planning and Analysis or Business Planning and Control area)<br /> -&nbsp;Experiences of project management<br /> (experiences in the above business areas or HR area are better)<br /> -&nbsp; Presentation skill by English and Japanese language<br /> (frequent communication (frequent communication) e-mail, chat and online MTG) with HR members at overseas sites<br /> is required by daily basis)<br /> -&nbsp; Knowledge or usage experiences on HR system (ie Success Factor) or financial system such SAP Adaptive Insights, etc.<br /> -&nbsp; Working experiences in global organization and business environment<br /> (Better)<br /> -&nbsp; Actual job experiences in financial accounting area<br /> -&nbsp;Actual job experiences in HR area<br /> (Much better to have the experiences in compensation planning and operation areas)</p>
