Job Description 

  • Management of call center coordinating with service providers
  • Maintaining communication of operational issues with all business partners involved including customer store staff & managers, distributors and service providers
  • Planning, prioritizing and scheduling activities generated through the call center coordinating with both team members and service providers
  • Handling customer claims generated through the call center
  • Data input and internal reporting (daily, weekly and monthly)
  • Participation business meetings directly with customers, business partners and the headquarters
  • Periodical internal training about equipment and technical related matters
  • Both domestic and overseas business trips required

スキル・資格

Required Skills

  • Minimum 5 to 8 years’ experience in a similar role in a manufacturing company or its subsidiary, preferably at least
  • 2 years in a position of manager or team leader. Preferred fields are the refrigeration and food equipment industry, automotive or industrial machinery possible.
  • Basic English ability required (at least written), work experience in a foreign capital is a plus.
  • English language qualification a plus
  • Strong management skills, proactive, self starter, willing to learn, strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal skills and ability to interact smoothly with customers
