Report to: Talent Acquisition & Development Manager
Salary:  Total 7M to 8M

Job Purpose: This position is mainly responsible for Talent Acquisition and Retention. Also support Talent Acquisition & Development Manager’s responsible areas including Training & Development, Talent Management & Development and Employee Engagement tasks. (See the detailed explanations in each area below)


Principle Accountabilities:
Talent Acquisition & Retention:70%

  1. Support Hiring Managers to prepare job descriptions and specifications for agreed positions. Confirm organization, job bands, and remunerations with line managers and HR & GA Manager (HRBP Role) before launching recruitment. Lead hiring positions of the process for most bands except for Band D and C positions which are to be confirmed with Talent Acquisition & Development Manager (HRCC Director accordingly).
  2. Execute recruitment processes of Workday in timely manner in line with business needs and local legislation, collaborating with external recruitment agencies. Identify the best sourcing opportunities, shortlist candidates, make interviews liaising with Hiring Managers.
  3. Manage closing phase with successful and unsuccessful candidates, and prepare contracts, letters and other documents in relations to the employment term and conditions in coordination with HRGA team.
  4. Manage integration process collaborating within HRGA team, and organize induction training for new employees. Coordinate with line managers for probation performance validation. Conduct employee interviews, and take corrective actions when necessary.
  5. Lead internal career evolution process through “PRJ iMove” or “Workday” to enhance career development in the Group.
  6. Develop talent attraction initiatives (job fairs, university programs...) with social media and innovative tools. Collaborate with Corp. Comm team to broadcast the EVP and employer branding to promote awareness of company image

Training & Development : 10%

  1. Support to identify competency development needs and to build and implement appropriate learning & development solutions, bringing new ideas.
  2. Communicate with line managers for development needs in line with individual development plan. Manage training processes in planning, budget, execution,analysis, review and maintenance of participants’ records. Measures and follows-up training program feedback and takes corrective actions. Training includes PR University and Regional programs.
  3. Educate, coaches and facilitate trainings on performance management process, tools and systems to support management.
  4. Train and advise line managers on giving and receiving feedback with leveraging the tools supporting formal and informal feedback (iLead as well as other feedback tools)
  5. Encourage managers to develop an effective coaching attitude.

Talent Management & Development : 10%

  1. Coordinate to manage Pernod Ricard talent processes : implement performance review(Let’s Talk Talent), support Talent Acquisition & Development Manager to organize local career committee and facilitate local calibration meetings to ensure internal equity in performance ratings across teams.
  2. Support to design, roll-out and facilitate career management programs, succession plans and individual development plans based on skills gaps analysis.
  3. Support to Identify and propose career management programs and initiatives inside/outside the Group that best fit company/employee’s needs.
  4. Participates in change management initiatives and realignments designed to improve processes and operational efficiency as necessary.
  5. Support to ensure with HRGA team that HR records (electronic data & personnel files) are updated and accurate.
  6. Develop relationships with line managers through sharing constructive ideas in a clear and convincing way in talent management & development focus.

Employee Engagement : 10%

  1. Contribute to iSay follow-up actions in collaboration with HRCC Director, HR & GA Manager and Talent Acquisition & Development Manager.
  2. Support Talent Acquisition & Development Manager for PRJ engagement projects, i.e. “Inclusive Diversity”, internal communication and company events where necessary.
  3. Support and join Global and/or Regional initiatives for engagement enhancement.

スキル・資格

Language:   Japanese : Native/Fluent
          English : Fluent

Experience: More than 8 year experience in HR, TA, or any other relevant function preferably at mid or large sized international companies. knowledge of Workday (high usage) would be a plus.

Key Competencies:
Interviewing, Training, Presentation skills, Internal & External Communication skills, Team worker, Open Minded and Flexible, Business Acumen (understanding of business concepts and financial figures, how HR can control costs and contributes to budget management), Digital Acumen
