Hiring Native English Educators (Tokyo, Chiba, Kanagawa)

We are looking for native English language educators, who are energetic and enjoy teaching English to children!

・Initial training will be provided


Job description
・Teaching children aged 3–12
・Interactive lessons, such as Arts & Crafts, Dance and Phonics/Reading
・We are looking for English language educators, who enjoy teaching English to children and who make learning English enjoyable for the students


Working hours
・The basic working hours (in a shift system) are 11: 00–20: 00 (depending on the season)
・8 hours of actual work

・No work on Sundays + 1 extra day off from work during the week

・No work on national holidays

・129 free days a year (2019 results)

 

Salary
Monthly 250,000–300,000 yen
・A bonus will be paid after the renewal of the contract


Requirements
・Native speaker of English and university graduate

Other requirements
・Experience teaching English is not required

・New graduates are welcome
・Visa support available
・Emphasis is placed on the accuracy and clarity of the English pronunciation
・Various English qualifications and language instructor qualifications are a plus, but not a requirement
・ Japanese language ability is not required (to ensure an immersive environment for the students、it is forbidden to speak in Japanese at school, except in certain designated areas)

・ Please only apply if you enjoy teaching children
・ We are looking for educators, who have a friendly personality and are confident in their communication skills
・ We wish to work with English educators, who want to use their English skills at work to teach and motivate their students
・ We are looking for those who are goal oriented and like new challenges

If you pass the first interview, you will have your final practical test directly at one of Kids‐Up’s schools.
