Requirements

Experience
in planning and operating DX strategies in the Human Resources Department, and in introducing and operating systems such as recruitment, evaluation, and human resources management Experience in improving employee engagement, planning and executing retention measures
Organizational culture planning and implementation experience
Executive team Experience in building support Experience
in risk analysis and cause analysis of organizations and human resources, planning and execution of countermeasures
Organizational system and personnel composition, achievements in optimizing personnel and recruitment costs
Experience in talent management and management Experience
in construction, operation and improvement of personnel system
Personnel・ Basic knowledge of labor laws and experience of grasping trends and internal development Experience of
restructuring, dealing with various disputes such as retirement negotiations and related legal knowledge and awareness of legal compliance
Employment strategy and experience of recruitment public relations
Business level English ability
