Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handling Enterprise voice and Contact center application Operations with Business-Critical applications
  • Handling escalated incidents or high critical tickets
  • Design, Migration, and upgradation of existing voice infrastructure
  • Design & implement Cisco Enterprise voice Solution and CUCM,Gateways, unified messaging and Voice adjuncts services
  • Predicting Risk/Impact and Participating in Major Changes
  • Reporting & Performance Dashboards with Capacity Planning
  • Technical team & Vendor Management
  • Technical Team Development & Manage knowledge Base
  • Security Audit on enterprise voice and unified messaging application
  • Provide suggestions for process and procedure improvement. Mentoring other teams
  • Plan and schedule for change management
  • Enabling low level debugging logs and in detail under sting of logs

スキル・資格

Required Skills:

  • Experienced in large scale Enterprise Voice Production Support Server Environment
  • Strong knowledge on install, configure and manage Cisco Enterprise voice application
  • Strong knowledge on CUCM, Gateway and Enterprise telecom networking
  • Strong knowledge CDR Reporting, Voice, and Quality monitoring tools
  • Strong knowledge on Cisco Enterprise voice administration and implementing new features and functions  
  • Good knowledge on Cisco enterprise voice solutions & Voice Gateways troubleshooting 
  • Knowledge on Cisco Video solutions and administration 
  • Strong knowledge on SIP, H.323, IP trucking protocol
  • Strong knowledge on E1 lines, ISDN, SS7 telecom protocols
  • Troubleshooting on gateway level singling level
  • Knowledge on adjuncts services like unified messaging, attended console & CDR reporting
  • Basic understanding of data networking and connectivity
  • Knowledge on enterprise telecom concepts
