YOUR ROLE

• Contribute to achieve plant target (Key performance indicator) by improving manufacturing process
• Lead continuous improvement by Lean, Kaizen, 6-sigma projects
• Communicate with regional/global Lean team and introduce Best practices Implement training of the Lean methods to employee

YOUR SKILLS

• Products produced in Hino: Hotmelt adhesives, Water based adhesives, Solvent based adhesives.  
• In order to achieve the job above, following skills are required 
• Lean method knowledge. 
• Lean 6 sigma, VSM (value stream mapping), CI (continuous improvement), problem solving (A3, Fishbone)
• Statistical control, pull system, 5S, Error proofing, Risk management (FMEA, risk based maintenance) etc.  
• All manufacturing related improvement activities.  
• Meeting, training, or workshop facilitation for specific objectives 
• Project management with financial benefit calculation insight  
• Good communication skill with Site internal & external including English capability  
• Six Sigma Green Belt is preferable
• Must be in Japan
• Must have proper working VISA for Japan
• JLPT N2 or fluency to conduct business in Japanese is a minimum requirement

役割

●製造工程の改善により、工場目標（主要業績評価指標）の達成に貢献

●リーン、カイゼン、シックスシグマプロジェクトによる継続的改善を主導

●地域/グローバルリーンチームと通信し、ベストプラクティスを紹介する。リーンメソッドのトレーニングを従業員に実装する

スキル

●日野で生産される製品：ホットメルト接着剤、水性接着剤、溶剤系接着剤。

●上記の仕事を達成するためには、以下のスキルが必要

●リーン方式の知識

●リーンシックスシグマ、VSM（バリューストリームマッピング）、CI（継続的改善）、問題解決（A3、フィッシュボーン）

●統計的管理、プルシステム、5S、エラー防止、リスク管理（FMEA、リスクベースのメンテナンス）など

●すべての製造関連の改善活動

●特定の目的のための会議、トレーニング、またはワークショップの促進

●経済的利益計算の洞察を備えたプロジェクト管理

●英語能力を含む、サイトの内部および外部との優れたコミュニケーションスキル

●シックスシグマグリーンベルトが望ましい

●日本にいなければならない

●日本で適切に機能するVISAが必要

●JLPT　N2以上
