チームリーダーおよびマネージャーのサポートを受けながら、本社・支社に関する各種コンプライアンス関連業務に携わっていただきます。
- Support local compliance programme, in line with strategic business objectives
- Implement, manage and continuously improve compliance in the Japan office under the supervision of Head of Compliance (Japan)
- Support written SOPs, standards, and processes for applicable responsibility areas
- Consult with colleagues to identify and resolve compliance issues, and provide practical advice to colleagues to comply with applicable laws
- Support Head of Compliance to ensure that activities are consistent with global and local compliance programme
求める経験、スキル
- BA/BS degree
- 2+ years' work experience in legal or compliance
- Strong interpersonal /communication skills
- Desire to build career in compliance
- Proactive, self motivated and open
- Fluent in Japanese, business level English
