Company Profile:

Our client is a tourism shopping tax refund company.

Responsibilities:

Main Duties and responsibilities:

  • Establish organised and efficient team operations to develop and deliver targeted solutions for new and prospective clients
  • To ensure that the development and implementation of new solutions are consistent with the Company strategies and related priorities
  • Ensure that the proposed solutions comply with all company, industry and government regulations
  • Ensure that the Value Creation Solutions Team meets at least weekly to proactively manage existing clients and to drive new client expansion
  • Lead, coach and drive the Value Creation Solutions Team to strengthen the quality of their commercial and consulting activities with existing and prospective clients

スキル・資格

Background and Education:

  • At least 10 years of working experience with minimum 3 years of practical experience in a managerial role driving new initiatives / services with focus on consultative mindset and approach in understanding issues / gaps
  • Excellent communication skills, with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational, decision making, problem solving skills and strategic mindset
  • Work experience across various functional areas (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance)
  • Work experience managing cross-functional projects
  • Work experience within an international/multicultural environment preferred

Specific skills and knowledge:

  • Business acumen, consultative and strategic thinking
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence decision makers with proposals and effective communication
  • Understanding of retail technology and payment processes / systems
  • Basic financial knowledge
  • Good MS Office products knowledge
