本職種では、顧客およびR&Dチームと連携しながら、音声フレームワークソフトウェアパッケージの仕様策定と開発を担当します。
Android音声アシスタントおよび各種Androidコンポーネント向けのAIDLインターフェースの開発を行い、低レイテンシ・高パフォーマンスな音声システムの実現を目指します。

????業務内容????

製品要件を分析し、R&D・開発チームと連携してフレームワーク構成やシステムセットアップを定義
フレームワークチームと協力し、顧客プロジェクトに合わせた最適な設定を検討
AndroidインフラおよびAIDLを用いた、顧客専用の音声ダイアログインターフェースの実装
Androidネイティブインターフェース、顧客向け音声アシスタント、クラウド連携音声アプリなどとの依存関係を設計・実装
ターゲットプラットフォーム上でのメモリ・CPU測定
レイテンシ・メモリ使用量・CPU消費の最適化に向けたR&D・開発チームとの連携
ローカライズ作業および不具合の再現・分析サポート

Senior Software Engineer – Android
Join our team and collaborate with our global partner on cutting‑edge automotive technologies. In this role, you'll help define and develop the speech framework software package, working closely with customers and R&D teams. You will design Android AIDL interfaces for speech assistants and other Android components, ensuring high performance, low latency, and efficient system behavior across various use cases.

Responsibilities

Analyze product requirements and work with R&D and engineering teams to define framework configurations and system setup.
Collaborate with the Android framework team to determine optimal configurations for customer projects.
Implement high‑level, customer‑specific speech dialog interfaces using Android infrastructure and AIDL.
Develop and maintain dependencies with Android native interfaces, customer-specific speech assistants, and cloud‑based speech‑controlled applications.
Perform memory and CPU measurements on the target platform and support optimization activities.
Work with development and R&D teams to improve system latency, memory usage, and CPU consumption.
Support localization efforts and assist in reproducing and analyzing defects.

実務経験4年以上
Android、Java、Kotlin、C/C++の豊富な開発経験
AIDL、Binder、Lifecycle、System Services、Android Framework、AOSPなどのアーキテクチャ理解
Pythonでのスクリプト開発経験
英語・日本語での優れたコミュニケーション能力
主体性があり、整理能力が高く、結果重視で取り組める方
繁忙期に柔軟に対応できる方

????学歴
情報工学、電気工学、物理、ソフトウェア工学、計算言語学、または関連分野の学士・修士号

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of professional experience.
Strong expertise in Android, Java, Kotlin, and C/C++.
Deep understanding of Android architecture including AIDL, Binder, Lifecycle, System Services, Android Framework, and AOSP.
Programming experience with Python.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese.
Proactive, organized, and results‑oriented mindset with a “can‑do” attitude.
Ability to manage occasional peak workloads.
Willingness to travel for short business trips.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Git/GitLab, Artifactory.
Embedded software development experience.
Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (Google Test, Jest).
Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
Knowledge of speech recognition or related technologies.
Experience with Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM.
Understanding of ASPICE.

Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Software Engineering, Computer Linguistics, or a related field.
