Head of Realty Services

Financial services company seeking senior, bilingual (Japanese/English) Corporate Real Estate Head for Tokyo.

Your new company
Global financial institution with long history and strong presence in Japan.

Your new role
Managing the Japan real estate portfolio and real estate functions to optimize solutions for Japan. Responsibilities cover: building operations (Facilities), projects, risk and control. You will manage a small team of FTEs, as well as vendors. Reporting locally to department MD with functional/matrix report line to N.Asia Head. Strong collaboration with APAC Real Estate and FM peers.

What you'll need to succeed
Strong experience in Real Estate at senior level, ideally in Japan with large, international companies. Qualification in architecture and/or engineering a plus. Good grasp of finance and cost control. Fluent in Japanese and English.
