• Lead the overall recruitment strategy

• Management of internal and external stakeholders

• Candidate interest and engagement

• Recruit for Internal stakeholders to gather the talents to achieve the business goals of stakeholders.

• Collaborate with stakeholders on discussion on planning and talent delivery.

• Actively attend and plan networking/recruiting event to represent the core values and brand name of the company.

• Network and headhunt for potential candidates in order to build the talent pool for future opportunities.

• Fill the positions with qualified candidates by having a clear understanding of each of them.
