The company is seeking an Business Development Manager to join its experienced petrochemical sales team in Japan; primarily focused on generating business from new & existing clients. You will be responsible for contacting and qualifying prospects, explaining our products and services, proposing solutions that meet customer needs, and closing new business. An effective Business Development Manager must be an excellent communicator, have superior people skills and possess a strong work ethic. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone and face to face as well as dealing with sales objections.
