Pre-Sales

  • Main interface for SIM card/solution related technical topic between the customer and IDEMIA
  • Proactively act to understand customer technical needs and identify potential card/solution in relation with IDEMIA product roadmap
  • Lobby and create customer awareness of IDEMIA product and services
  • Ensure feedback to Product Business Line on technical features required by the customer to help at the definition of IDEMIA product roadmap, in full coordination with the Sales and Marketing team
  • Provide on-going technical support to sales/distribution channels and contribute towards preparation of sales presentations, tender responses and proposals
  • Conduct product training and presentation to customer

Project Management

  • Define the Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) for any Application or Card project with the customer
  • Manage the Product selection process. Ensure the right product is selected to match the customer’s requirement through the use of Product Guide from Product Business Line and with proper alignment with Pricing Desk and Demand team.
  • Manage the full delivery of USIM / M2M / 5G / eSIM card project. In that case the TC owns the following specifications:
    • Electrical Specification
    • Optical/Graphical Specification
    • Artwork
    • Input/output file format and data generation
    • Packaging and Fulfillment specification
  • Project coordination with Technical Excellence Centre for Electrical Profile (EP) , BAP and Application development
  • Represent internally the customer to make sure that any delivery and communications are coherent with customer prime expectations
  • Perform Test/BAP card validation, both internal and external with customer onsite – it includes preparation of test cards, testing, first level of investigation, take traces, reproduce the issues found to ensure the final deliverables meet customer requirement.
  • Provide project approval/sign off to all relevant department
  • Manage all migration project in assigned account

Post-Sales

  • Maintain close relationship with technical counterpart of customer. Constant engagement in product specification reviews to upsell and influence the next product evolution.
  • Assist in quality complaint from customer on delivered goods through first level local troubleshooting. Support Quality team in the resolution of the problem and coordinate response/communication to the customer
  • Provide ad-hoc support to other Technical Consultant
  • Provide concise weekly report

スキル・資格

  • At least 6-10 years’ experience in areas of technical consulting or technical support for Japanese customers.
  • More than 10 years’ Experience - Computer Programing (Micro Computer is best).
  • Technical Support in Smart Card Industry in Telecom sector, familiar with ETSI / Global Platform / ISO 7816 standard.
  • Knowledge on Cryptography - Symmetric/Asymmetric Algo., / PKI / Authentication / Certificate
  • Project management:
  • Project Planning / Scheduling / Task Management / Operations / Performance Review / Quality Assurance
  • Technical writing: Client Relations/ Email/ Requirements Gathering / Technical Documentation
  • Troubleshooting
  • Validation Method
