Be a sales ambassador for our customers
As a Japan Sales Manager - Quality Inspection Equipment, you are responsible to cover sales activities or engagement in respective sectors. You will liaise or manage various clientele for Baker Hughes in Japan. You will experience selling innovative products across the energy sector globally
As a Japan Sales Manager - Quality Inspection Equipment you will be responsible for:
- Selling products and services to existing and new customers within the major sectors in Japan.
- Achieving revenue target for Japan by selling to customers via distributorship and other customers in related segments.
- Collaborating with distributors in managing, supporting distributions, create sales and marketing campaigns to strengthen our market share.
- Providing management report on account activity, product improvement from the customers, fulfil services and delivery of product.

スキル・資格
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Have good command in English and Japanese Language at business level
- Have extensive sales experience in industrial equipment (Visual Inspection or Non-Destructive Testing Equipment)
- Have ability to travel extensively (within Japan) is required
- Be a team player, self-motivated with good communication skills
- Have ability to build good relationships and rapport with respective customers and distributors
- Have comprehensive, specialized technical knowledge of portable measurement equipment and services and their application to customer requirements
