GRoooVE is a service provider for commercial facilities that uses IP cameras, and is a solution partner that contributes to the sales expansion of companies. While building strong partnerships with overseas venture companies such as RetailNext and EyeClick, we focused on introducing services with camera-type IoT systems as our main product. The total number of stores that have introduced RetailNext has reached more than 800.
In addition to RetailNext and EyeClick products, we are also involved in maintenance and support of various IP camera systems. There are varity of clients regardless of industry, such as retail stores, leisure facilities, golf courses, hospitals, US military bases in Japan, restaurants, and local governments.
Network engineer Manager
We are looking for a leader position to decide the direction of the company together as a technical representative officer.
- Provide solutions using many different types of camera type IoT products
- NW setting, and after service management
The target customers are not only domestic companies (mainly apparel and retailers), but also overseas companies and customers of US military bases in Japan, so it is full of global feeling.

■ Salary increase once a year (April)
There is an in-house evaluation system based on quantitative and qualitative evaluation axes, and there is an opportunity to raise salary by quantifying ability, achievements, and company contribution rather than seniority.
A special bonus will be paid at the end of the year based on the internal evaluation conducted at the end of the year and the actual figures.
■ Bonus Once a year (December)
Sales and sales engineers are incentives, technology is evaluated by numerical results of processing cases, and back office is evaluated by company contribution, and then paid to all employees.
