•            Strong knowledge on install, configure and manage Cisco  Enterprise voice application, Unity Messaging, Cisco Enterprise Voice Solution, Voice Gateway

•            Strong knowledge on Call manger, Gateway and Enterprise telecom networking

•            Good understanding of Cisco Video and presence solution

•            Strong knowledge CDR Call billing software 

•            Good understanding of Cisco voice system systems  logs, low level logs analysis

•            Good understanding of TDM PABX Systems and Telecom concepts

•            Good understanding of Other enterprise voice Technology Concepts

•            Good hands on experience on Cisco communication manger installation and configuration

•            ARC Console and auto attendant understanding 

•            Performance Tuning

•            Capacity Planning

•            Hardware Sizing

•            Security Audit on enterprise voice and contact center application

•            Good knowledge on Nice  voice recording solution

•            Root Cause Analysis

•            Design & implement Avaya contact center  Voice application 

•            Good understanding of SIP protocol and Integrating other voice applications

•            Take part in technical discussion and crisis calls

•            Provide suggestions for process and procedure improvement. Mentoring other teams.

•            Plan and schedule for change management.

•            Strong knowledge on SIP

•            Strong knowledge on E1 lines, ISDN, SS7 telecom protocols

•            Strong knowledge on H.323, IP trucking protocol

•            Troubleshooting on gateway level singling level

•            Enabling low level debugging logs and in detail under sting of logs

•            Strong understanding  of Avaya contact center  in detail Call flows

•            Basic understanding of data networking and connectivity

•            Knowledge on enterprise telecom concepts
