  • Manage the overall performance and delivery of the project
  • Manage all stages of the project lifecycle, including: scope, schedule, risks, issues and budget using established methodology
  • Act as the liaison between business and technology functions, including working closely with key stakeholders (Head of Payroll, Head of HR) and end-users (Payroll and HR Teams)
  • Develop and prioritize project deliverables and artifacts
  • Facilitate training, project communication and overall change management for the projects
  • Communicate with senior management on project status and performance

スキル・資格

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree is a plus
  • 10 years of project management experience with experience in post-acquisition integration project highly preferred
  • Fortune 500 background and / or Big Four consulting experience strongly preferred
  • Experienced Scrum Master, PMP, Six Sigma, or similar certifications preferred
  • Experienced in change management highly expensive
  • Full project life cycle implementation experience with large corporate systems, managing complex enterprise projects and leading and directing the work of project teams
  • Excellent communication skills; strong relationship and consensus-building skills to work in a team environment and interface with all organizational levels
  • Project management experience in implementation or enhancement of HR systems, ie Workday, PeopleSoft, ADP, Taleo etc
  • Fully bilingual in Japanese and English is a MUST
  • Candidates with less experience in Project Management will be considered for Business Analyst
