Description

Main responsibilities:

  • Work closely with key people in making sure that the hiring strategies of the company are in line with policies
  • Ensure that the talent needs of each department is assessed properly and fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Utilize resources to attract talented individuals to join the organization
  • Assess the skills, experience and culture fit of potential employees
  • Lead initiatives and projects in the team assigned to ensure best practices in hiring
  • Provide a good experience to all potential employees from the recruitment until the offer stage

  • Detail oriented and quick to adapt in a fast paced-environment
  • Can think outside of the box in solving problems
