Our Client is looking for Customer Success Manager for their Enterprise Accounts in Japan.

The Core responsibilities of Customer Success Manager role involved managing relationships with users and decision makers in the account, managing revenue and growth objectives, being accountable for customer and partner satisfaction.

The ideal candidate for this role who has genuine curiosity about customers business needs, strong technical orientation and ability to custom tailor solutions for a variety of scenarios.

Minimum Education Level Bachelor's Degree
Visa Status Permission to work in Japan required

Required Skills

Requirement:

- Minimum 7- 8 years of account management and/or CSM experience
- Experience in up-sell and cross-sell deals
- Exceptional communication skills
- Project management experience
- Strong client relationships experience
- English fluency both verbal and written is a must
- Business Intelligence experience is a plus.
