Job Description
For those looking to work in an international, competitive company this is a great opportunity. As a Legal Assistant you will provide support to the Legal Manager on various matters. Your duties will include:
- Assisting in drafting a variety of legal documents and memorandums
- Translating legal documents
- Conducting due diligence investigations and legal research
- Attending internal and external meetings and taking memoranda
The main requirements are:
- A minimum of two years paralegal experience
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese
- The ability to manage and solve complex problems
- A demonstrated organized approach to working efficiently
- Be proactive and self-motivated
- Whilst not mandatory a bachelor’s degree in law is preferred
