Job Description

Global Robotics company 

・Collaborates with local HR team to drive core HR process excellence across the organization including talent acquisition, on-boarding, performance management, employee relations, rewards& recognition, employee engagement, succession planning, and employee communications;

• In partnership with local HR team members, manages and supports to build relevant internal processes including probation review, performance evaluation, performance improvement, annual salary review, grievance handling and disciplinary actions;

• Handle recruitment of regional positions and executive positions;

• Ensures compliance with legislative requirements and employment laws including employment contracts, employee handbook, and all internal policies in association with local HR team, external attorney and inhouse legal team; Develops and implements plans to address potential risk;

• Conducts investigations and advises leadership on the appropriate resolution of employee related issues;

• Manages and interprets policies and practices within SoftBank Robotics Group, ensuring fair and consistent interpretation and application;

• Models and promotes company Values;

• Perform other duties as assigned and as business requires.

Required Skills

・Bachelor’s degree  

• Five years or more of HR experience and preference for experience of C&B, employee grading and evaluation;

• Working knowledge of overseas employment practices, laws and regulations, and established internal policies & documents based on these practices and laws;

• Experience as an HR Generalist supporting multiple global office locations in evolving and fast-paced business environments;

• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make recommendations by using judgment that is consistent with company culture as well as standards, practices, policies, procedures or governing law;

• Passion for continuous improvement and learning;

• Excellent verbal and written English;

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills;

• Proficient in MS Office product;

• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines;

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and strengthen relationships at all levels of the organization;

• Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.
