Job Description

As a support engineer you will require a broad knowledge within telecom and Datacom, covering both hardware, software and network knowledge and being a support 

Your main responsibilities as support engineer will be following: 

- Technical service and support

- Troubleshoot and resolve problems

- To Stabilize and optimize customer networks. 

You will interact with customer technical staff, operation managers, service engineers and other groups as sales, R&D, 3rd party suppliers and local authorities. Also you will get an opportunity to  work, collaborate, and communicate in an international environment.

Required Skills

  • Education: University graduate or above
  • Min years of experience: 2~3 years of experience
  • Domain experience: (One of the following): OSS, IMS, TCP/IP, SIP, 4G/5G, NFV, ONAP
  • Japanese Fluent and Business Level of English
  • Negotiation and argumentation skills
  • Linux/UNIX experience
  • Customer issue handling skills
  • Trouble Shooting experience
