Job Description

■Cash Product Management / Implementation team

•Primarily responsible for implement cash solutions including channels to the client in Japan client segments
•To collaborate with Japan Sales team and to find best solution plan for the client
•To handle customer documentation and manage enquiry in relation to the set-up of cash products and channels
•To communicate with Relationship Managers and coordinate with middle and back office to provide the best implementation plan
•To support Business Promotion Staff (including visiting clients) and provide proposals or advice including cash products and channels
•To provide new product development ideas in multi-year product development plan for Cash Management products (Liquidity, Payment and Collections) across all branches in the EA region (HK, TW, SL)
•To conduct training for Sales, Relationship Managers and relevant employees in different branches to enhance their product knowledge
•To share market information and customer requirements, i.e. local settlement/ regulatory issues/ new technology (e.g. Fintech related) with the Product Team for development prioritization
•To contribute for branches efficiency to improve capability of transaction volume for all branches in the EA region (HK, TW, SL)
•Well collaboration with Cash Product Management Section and support each other

Minimum Experience Level Over 6 years

Minimum English Level Business Level (Amount Used: English usage about 50%)
Minimum Japanese Level Native
Minimum Education Level Bachelor's Degree
Visa Status No permission to work in Japan required
