Healthcare Compliance Manager

This position is an important role for an experienced healthcare compliance manager at an industry-leading US medical devices company. You will manage the compliance function and will report directly to the regional compliance director.

The main responsibilities are:

• Conducting company's compliance program 
• Monitoring external contacts with clients and healthcare providers 
• Implementing an annual plan to encourage colleagues to adhere to compliance policies 
• Collaborating with other departments to manage any compliance issues and escalate if required 
• Working closely with legal counsel to resolve complicated legal matters 

The required qualifications and experience for this role are as follows: 

• 5 years or more experience in compliance for healthare industry
• Must have bachelor's degree preferably related to legal or corporate governance
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese
