Job Description

Supervise the regional operations including marketing, business development, operations and customer service
Actively engage in the marketing and business development activities
Co-ordinate with operations and customer service divisions to ensure smooth operations
Budget and forecast for the region
Coordinating and implementation local strategies for sales marketing, and content - Recruiting, nurturing and embedding the team and leading the corporate culture of the firm
Website and marketing localization for all of the operations

General Requirements

Minimum Experience Level Over 3 years
Career Level Executive
Minimum English Level Business Level
Minimum Japanese Level Fluent
Minimum Education Level Bachelor's Degree
Visa Status No permission to work in Japan required

Required Skills

Bachelor degree with 5+ years of business development or sales Experience:

Excellent cross-cultural communications skills as well as teamwork Skills:

Self-motivated, willing to learn and take up new challenges

Proficient in spoken and written Japanese and English.

Cantonese, or Mandarin is an also preferable
