Job Description
- Review and analyze general ledger activity to ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions, including coordination with the accounting team, payroll and other functional areas
- Reconcile all balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis
- Assist in the completion of governmental reporting (property tax, sales/use tax) as necessary
- Assist in the coordination and response to audit requests in a timely manner
- Business partner to the general manager
- Responsible for cash management and cash forecasting
- Responsible for adhering to and enforcing a sound internal control environment
- Respond to divisional and corporate requests for information in a timely manner
