Job Description

Main Purpose of role

  • Operate Amazon Vendor Central portal and arrange shipments
  • Provide support for direct EComm customers
  • Delivery Order Creation for all other customers


  • Daily download of PO’s from Vendor Central
  • Prepare DO’s for 3PL
  • Receive picking confirm / packing details from 3PL and obtain shipment ASN from Vendor Central
  • Provide ASN labels to 3PL
  • Monitor delivery completion status

Direct EComm Customers

  • Monitor and update off-system inventory status against agreed levels per SKU
  • Maintain dedicated inventory level by stock reservation in SAP B1
  • Receive orders from Market Place service partner
  • Prepare DO’s for 3PL and provide consumer shipment details
  • Check picking confirm from 3PL
  • Monitor delivery completion status

All Customers

  • Receive Sales Order information from Sales Team
  • Prepare DO’s for 3PL
  • Check picking confirm from 3PL
  • Monitor delivery completion status
  • Ensure that all customer orders are processed under SAP B1 correctly without error (item codes, qty and price) and sent to 3PL in line with agreed process
  • Report on Sales Order cut-off activities at Period End

Direct EComm Customers

  • Monitor inventory status against

Professional Know-how

  • Previous experience in customer order processing or similar rapid data-entry task
