Job Description

This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated and thrives on success in the Supply Chain Software industry to join our Professional Services Organisation!

This role will be leading program management in the first assignment itself on a global scale for an account which is a well-known global brand.

  • Providing the required solution delivery to the client in the assigned time frame, and monitor each and every aspect of business engagement from start till end
  • Must have experience in Long term client engagement
  • Developing business strategy with respect to proceeding of business engagements, plan execution, and personnel management for optimum target utilization
  • Managing profitability in business engagement by tracking work statements, budgeting the entire proceedings, and providing optimum management of time and resource
  • Maintaining consumer satisfaction by maintaining the quality of services offered, ensuring the delivery of work in the assigned time, maintaining client invoice, as well as resolving the clients complains and queries
  • Must oversee project dependencies that occur during significant design, configuration, testing and implementation efforts through technical and operational project managers
  • Performs on-going risk analysis and provides support of sales activities
  • Develops and mentors project team members and junior project management resource where applicable

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of project management and oversight responsibilities
  • Ability to direct both large, highly complex projects and small project lines
  •  Able to be independently responsible for overall client project relationship and project direction/completion
  • Willing to collaborate with/report to a more senior level position for the successful completion of client projects
  •  Skillful in contributing to overall strategic development and to the successful implementation of strategies
  • Atleast 7 years of prior software implementation consulting experience
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
  • Average travel 50 - 75%
