Job Description
My client is a top global IT company in the industry in central Tokyo. They are looking for a young Financial Analyst who is motivated to learn and grow in a global environment. This company offers flexible working conditions including flextime and work-from-home system.
The Main Responsibilities Include
- Perform Financial Analysis and Reporting
- Drive Forecasting process and analyse trends
- Business Partnering to ensure strategic implementation
- Identify issues and propose solutions
- Support business leaders with decision making
- Ensure business control
You Will Ideally Have A
- University degree with focus in business or economics
- Typically 2-3 years' experience as Financial Analyst
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting
- Native Japanese with at least Business level English
- Excellent communication skills
- Good business acumen
