Job Description

  • Reviewing and drafting various types of contracts and legal documents
  • Report to local Legal Manager with a dotted line to international based General Gounsel
  • Liaising with the internal business units
  • Assisting the sales team with direct customer contract negotiations

Minimum English Level Business Level (Amount Used: English usage about 50%)
Minimum Japanese Level Native
Minimum Education Level Bachelor's Degree
Visa Status Permission to work in Japan required

Required Skills

The Main Requirements Are As Follows

  • Experience in drafting a variety of legal documents
  • Whilst not mandatory a Bachelor’s Degree in Law is preferred
  • Excellent communication in Japanese and English

Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and writing skills and effective at multitasking
