Requirements:
This role will be very focused on Organizational Development and driving change initiatives at the company.
Managing a team of 3 (and growing) the Japan & Korea HR Director will be expected to handle the full-range of HR functions and will have a lot of autonomy and authority to push through initiatives as senior business partner to the Japan Management Team.
