Description
・契約書（基本契約・個別契約）の作成・レビュー・管理・社内関係者および外部顧問（弁護士・税理士等）との連携を推進
・契約内容の整理およびリスク分析・管理を実施
・顧客との契約条件の調整・交渉をリード
・デリバリーに関わる契約管理業務をオペレーションとして運用
・契約管理プロセスの改善および体制構築を推進
