Women's RTWおよびKidsカテゴリーのMDとして、商品戦略から分析・店舗連携まで幅広く担う役割です。グローバルチームと日本市場をつなぎ、売上最大化に貢献します。

職務内容
・年4回のオーダー業務（海外本社連携を含む）
・店舗との連携による販売データ分析および示唆出し
・売上向上に向けた施策の立案・実行
・在庫管理および店舗間移動の最適化
・週次／月次レポート作成（売上・消化率など）
・海外本社および国内チームとの各種ミーティング参加
・商品説明会（トレーニング）の企画・実施
・マーケットトレンド分析および商品提案
・シーズン中の継続的な改善活動
