- 店舗の視覚的マーチャンダイジング戦略の立案と実行
- ブランドイメージに基づいたディスプレイのデザインと管理
- 店舗スタッフへのVMDトレーニングの実施
- 新商品やプロモーションに合わせたディスプレイの更新
- 市場トレンドの分析と競合他社の調査
- 本社および他部門との連携によるプロジェクト管理
- KPIのモニタリングと結果の報告
- サプライヤーや外部ベンダーとの調整
