開発組織におけるPMOとして、プロジェクトの進捗・コスト・リソース管理を通じて、組織全体のプロジェクトマネジメント力向上を支援します。データ分析やレポーティング業務を通じて、プロジェクト運営の最適化・改善に貢献していただきます。

- プロジェクト進捗・コスト・リソースに関するデータ収集・分析
- PMレポート作成および進捗管理のサポート
- 予算計画策定の支援および数値分析
- プロジェクト管理プロセスの改善・最適化
- ツール（Kintone / Confluence等）を活用した運用改善
