- Own end-to-end recruitment delivery for Japan across commercial and corporate functions
- Manage a steady annual hiring volume with a strong focus on quality and candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders on hiring strategy and workforce planning
- Operate in a performance-driven environment requiring speed, accuracy, and accountability
- Collaborate with APAC and global Talent Acquisition stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Drive direct sourcing and proactive hiring, with limited reliance on agencies
- Balance hands-on execution with effective stakeholder management and advisory support
