CARE (1–3 YEARS)
- Initial troubleshooting, KPI monitoring, escalation
- Assist RCA, logs analysis
CARE (3–5 YEARS)
- L1/L2 troubleshooting, incident mgmt
- Nodes: SGSN, MME, GGSN/EPG, PCRF, ePDG
CARE (5–10 YEARS)
- L3 troubleshooting, RCA ownership
- Interfaces: S1, S5, Gx
- SLA/KPI mgmt, mentoring
DEPLOYMENT (3–5 YEARS)
- Packet Core deployment, integration
DEPLOYMENT (5–10 YEARS)
- End-to-end design, upgrades, multi-vendor integration
