【業務概要】
本ポジションは、人工衛星製造における部品・材料の戦略的な調達を担う正社員のフルタイム職です。国内外のサプライヤーとの連携、複雑な納期調整、コスト最適化を通じて、宇宙事業の発展に貢献していただきます。
【職務内容】
・人工衛星製造に必要な部品、材料、コンポーネントおよび人工衛星打上枠、打上保険等に関する調達戦略立案と契約交渉を含む実行
・発注、納期調整、適正在庫管理等の購買プロセスの改善と標準化
・海外サプライヤーを含むグローバルサプライヤーの選定、評価、育成、関係構築
・サプライチェーンリスクの特定と管理、是正計画の策定
・輸出入業務、外国為替法等に基づく輸出管理ならびに国内外の輸送最適化
・スタッフの管理および他部門との連携および必要に応じたサポート
・国内外の輸送手配と物流最適化

・10 年以上の戦略購買またはコンポーネント調達の実務経験
・契約交渉に必要な日本語力、TOEIC 800 点以上の英語力ならびにグローバルサプライヤーとの交渉、関係構築経験
・5 名以上のスタッフのマネジメント経験
・電気・機械部品に関する基礎知識
【歓迎スキル・経験】
・宇宙機設計・開発に関する基礎知識
・製造業での生産管理や品質管理の経験
・MOS資格
・プロジェクトマネジメント関連資格（PMP、APMなど）
・調達システム導入の経験
